What we're looking for In this global multi-dimensional role, you will run marketing activities that drive partner engagement and brand awareness. You will build programs that support partner onboarding, activation, and ongoing engagement. You will develop and execute impactful co-marketing campaigns that delight partners and drive Oyster's brand awareness. Responsibilities:
Responsibilities Develop and manage Oyster's partner marketing program, including new partner onboarding, the creation of self-serve resources, and an announcement playbook Plan, coordinate, and execute co-marketing campaigns, including webinars, online events, email campaigns, and other creative initiatives to drive brand awareness and partner loyalty Collaborate closely with partner managers to engage strategic and VC relationships Develop strategies that drive initial interest & ongoing partner engagement, including the management of partners' presence on Oyster's digital properties (website & platform) Develop internal and external documentation to support partner integration launches and advise on relevant product enhancements Liaise with the affiliate program manager to execute lead generation and sales activities, as well as create collateral to support affiliate initiatives Collect and analyze feedback to ensure that Oyster is providing the right content and resources to end-user, customers and partners, and enhance the quality of collateral, training, and tools available You can expect to work collaboratively with the partnership, marketing, sales, and operations teams to attract, engage, and convert the thousands of companies that want to hire people remotely in other countries. Skills for success in this role Relationship management. You have strong relationship management skills with both external partners and internal stakeholders across multiple teams Process-driven.
