Summary:
Partner with Accounting, Sales, Operations, IT, senior management, and other leaders across the organization to develop and maintain databases that house information related to financials and KPIs.
Develop data models, dashboards, tracking systems, and reports using Microsoft Power BI, Excel and other Windows-based software.
Responsible for maintaining data integrity and driving consistency in the collection of source data throughout the organization.
Identify trends and insights, clearly communicate conclusions, and identify opportunities for improvement in profit and/or cost savings.

Essential Job Functions:
Maintain databases related to Financials and KPIs.
Apply data governance techniques across multiple sources to ensure data integrity across the organization.
Develop automated dashboards, visualizations, and other reporting utilizing Microsoft Power BI.
Analyze business and financial data, identifying trends and insights for management.
Create data models to support organizational decision-making.
Collaborate with leaders to identify opportunities for reporting and analysis that will drive organizational results.
Prepare and review monthly and other periodic reports as requested by management.
Accurately prepare ad hoc reports and analysis in a timely manner upon request.
Identify, evaluate, and quantify risks and opportunities.
Develop automated reporting and forecasting tools for more efficient use of data.
Complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Power BI.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge and experience in maintaining databases.
Ability to identify trends and insights in large data sets.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality.
Excellent customer service, verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.

Qualifications:
Knowledge of general accounting principles.
Knowledge of programming languages such as DAX, M, SQL, MDX, Python, Pandas and/or R.
Preferred Education/
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, finance, accounting, or computer science.
