Interstates Construction is looking for an _Electrical Estimator_ for our Sioux Center, IA Office. This position is responsible for all aspects in creating and presenting final construction estimates to the client. The Estimator calculates the cost of electrical construction by reviewing and evaluating available documents and developing accurate, competitive, and profitable proposals for a variety of national construction projects.
Success in this position requires strong analytical, math, communication and people skills as well as the ability to function in a team environment and to read, analyze, and interpret blueprints and other bid documents.

Have strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
Be willing and able to travel to project sites and client meetings
Qualified applicants should have a background in construction, accounting/business management or related experience. Electrical field experience and experience with electronic estimating systems is preferred, but not necessary.
